A Danish court has ruled that all Danish ISPs have to deny their users access to The Pirate Bay. Most broadband providers are not too happy with this unbalanced decision, and three of them have already announced that they will take it to the Supreme Court.
Das Urteil eines dänischen Gerichts, wonach alle Provider den Zugriff auf The Pirate Bay sperren müssen, sorgt nun doch für Unmut bei den ISPs. Nachdem die International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) vor Gericht erfolgreich durchgesetzt hatte, dass Tele2 den Zugriff auf die Piratenbucht sperren müsse, haben nun Telia, Telenor und TDC angekündigt vor der obersten Gerichtsbarkeit gegen die Sperrverfügung zu klagen.
